After a record loss in profit, Sony Corp. is considering leasing out office space at it's Midtown skyscraper, selling it and leasing from the new ownership or even a possible total sale.
Sony recently held talks with private-equity firm Blackstone Group about a potential real-estate transaction involving 550 Madison Ave.
