Big-name comics including Dave Attel, Rich Vos and Dean Edwards are only three of the funnymen (and women) slated to perform at the benefit comedy show "Sit, Stay and Stand-Up," at Comix on June 4th.

The shows proceeds go to The Humane Society and Mighty Mutts which save hunderds of animals every year.

Other comics on the bill are Bonnie McFarlane from HBO'S "One Night Stand," Jessica Kirson from CBS' "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," and Steven Pearl from "Comedy's Dirtiest Dozen."

Attel is a famous comedian who has his own show on Comedy Central called "Insomniac with Dave Attel." Vos is best known for his work on the "Opie and Anthony" radio show. And Edwards has spent two seasons so far on NBC's "Saturday Night Live."

The show is hosted by Jimi Celeste and The Crown Royals are the musical guest for the evening.
