The 2nd annual Upper West Fest is a three-week celebration of arts and culture events, taking place all over Manhattan's Upper West Side.

Upper West Fest's purpose is to showcase the Upper West Side as a vital cultural destination. Led by Symphony Space, more than 20 cultural and arts organizations will collaborate to present over 50 performances and exhibitions.

Highlights include Symphony Space's free 12-hour Wall to Wall Opera marathon, the NY Yiddish Film Festival hosted by the Jewish Community Center, renowned musicians performing at Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the 4th Annual Mamapalooza Outdoor Extravaganza in Riverside Park.

Last season's Upper West Fest was the largest collaborative arts event ever organized on Manhattan's Upper West Side. This year's festival programming will encompass innovative music, dance, film, theatre, kids' events and more.

See the sights, soak up the culture, explore the hidden treasures, enjoy great food and experience all the riches of Manhattan's Upper West Side.

From 60th to 120th Street, the doors of more than 20 world-class arts and cultural organizations are open over the 23-day festival and so are the doors of Zabar's, the landmark gourmet food emporium on 80th St. and Broadway, which is a sponsor of the Upper West Fest.
