8 Films to Die For Nov. 9-18, 2007 Admission: $75 horrorfestonline.com Come participate in the largest national commerical film festival in the world--Horrorfest's "8 Films to Die For." Unlike any other film festival, the films are showcased in theaters around the nation, so anyone can join in the terror regardless of location. What's also unique about the festival is the extent that it glorifies and celebrates the horror genre. The repetoire of films encompasses the full spectrum of horror--from thrillers to gore to the supernatural. With movie theater partners AMC, Regal and Cinemark, the Horrofest will run for one week, which includes two weekends, between November 9-18th. In conjunction with the festival, After Dark Films has renewed its serach for the next Miss Horrorfest 2007. The title comes with being the official spokesperson for the festival as well as a hefty $50,000 cash prize.
