This hands-on cooking class will be held on the second Wednesday of each month from 6-8 PM, starting on August 12th. Up first is a menu comprised of Watermelon Salad, Seared Jumbo Shrimp, Homemade Sorbet and Cookies and more, all served up for dinner as a reward for your hard work. As the old adage says, if you give a man a fish, he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime; and Cascone certainly has more up her sleeve than fish alone!
