Salud! Chilean Wine Fest is an exploration of premium Chilean wines presented by some of New York's best restaurants and wine retailers. To mark Chile's Independence Day,the festivities will kick off on September 18th and run through September 30th, featuring some of Chile's top varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, and Sauvignon Blanc. New Yorkers are invited to participate in Salud! by visiting any of the sixteen dining establishments whose sommeliers will be showcasing a selection of Chilean wines by the glass to highlight the premium quality winemaking that Chile boasts. Oenophiles and amateurs alike are invited to participate in a series of free tastings presented by eight of New York's best wine retailers.
