This class will entail a unique fusion of Bollywood beats and western style with an exhilarating style of dance technique. It is the perfect balance of creative choreography and exercise, providing dance fitness. Come enjoy a fun filled night of learning your favorite bollywood routines with all the "jhatkaas and matkaas" to the latest bollywood tracks!!!

Choreographer Rujuta Vaidya has been in the industry for the past 10 years. She is the only US based Indian choreographer to have assisted any of the top Bollywood choreographers such as Saroj Khan, Farah Khan, Vaibhavi Merchant, and Remo. Ruj V. has also been trained in Bombay by Saroj Khan and happens to be her only disciple outside of India. Ruj has a vast array of choreography experience from stage, to television , to film. She has been the only choreographer to have worked with acclaimed actors Roshan Seth and Carol Kane for a dance number for a PBS television production. Of late, Ruj assisted for two of Bollywoods biggest hits that were shot in New York City itself, Jaaneman and Tara Rum Pum, casting and training 80 of her own dancers for the shoot (both Indian as well as non-indian). Currently, Ruj V. is between NY and Bombay choreographing and assisting for tv, video, and film.
