Starting October 31st, Grand Central Terminal will be transporting visitors not just to points north and east, but to 50 world-class spas renowned for catering to a high-end, celebrity clientele. The best part: A star bank account isn't necessary to sample these exclusive treatments. The four-day event, presented by Spa Finder, the world's largest spa media and marketing company, is free and open to the public.

The four-day exhibition will give the 750,000 commuters and shoppers who pass through the terminal each day the opportunity to experience first-hand the specialties offered by such spas as Oasis Day Spa (a favorite of Scarlett Johansson and Susan Sarandon), Miraval Life in Balance (Oprah's favorite) and the Ritz Carlton Central Park's La Prairie Spa, frequented by Jennifer Aniston.

Additionally, three leaders in the world of spa beauty- Clarins Skin Spa, Jane Iredale- The Skin Care Makeup, and MD Skincare by Dr.Dennis Gross- will transform the busiest terminal on earth into a center of bliss at "Spa Retreat Centers," private areas where visitors can receive one of the companies' signature treatments for free.

Treatments include: a choice of three 30-minute Body Treatments- Ultimate Body Lift, Moisture Maximizer or Intensive Body Firmer- from Clarins Skin Spa; an Alpha Beta Face Peel from MD Skincare by celebrity dermatologist Dr. Dennis Gross; and Expert color matching and mini-makeup applications from Jane Iredale of The Skin Care Makeup, known for bestowing color upon famous faces like Madonna, Julia Roberts, Victoria Beckham, Paris & Nicky Hilton, Rihanna and Paula Abdul.

The Spa Experience will also feature two Spa Presentation demonstration stages where visitors can experience the latest spa treatments and products. Some spa treatments and product samples to be offered at The Spa Experience include: hand and touch massages, seaweed facials, reflexology, hand exfoliation, product samples, manicures and yoga demonstrations.

Guests will also be able to vie for valuable sweepstakes prizes, including a five-night trip for two to Body Holiday St. Lucia in the West Indies and a $525 jar of Darphin Paris's Stimulskin Plus Cream. Even spa enthusiasts who can't attend the show can win: Vermont's Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa and Jet Blue Airlines are offering visitors to The Spa Experience website a chance to win a luxury three-night package that includes airfare, accommodations, and Stoweflake's award-winning spa treatments.

Completing Grand Central Terminal's spa transformation, restaurants and shops throughout the terminal will feature spa-related discounts and specials, such as special menu items, book signings, and product sales. Participating retailers include Aveda, Banana Republic, L'Occitane, Origins and Papyrus.
