As Terry George states, "The best way to sum it up is "a dog day afternoon goes to Belfast", about an Irish American hiding out and discovers a past that he didn't know about and ends up in real trouble. It has a great sense of humor and was shot in 28 days over 5 weeks and being a low budget film ($5.5million)where everyone pitched in to make this low budget independent film what it is." Debt ridden Jimbo robs the Fish Market and the roller coaster of events continues as Joe Maguire and Sophie taken hostage.
