The Official FDNY 2013 Calendar of Heroes.

Darius Dorsett, of Engine 260, in Long Island City, has been part of the department since he started as an EMT as a teenager and is on the calendar cover this year.

Dorsett is bare-chested, in an open flame-resistant fireman's jacket and helmet in front of a fire station.

Dorsett and his Calendar mates are set to appear Monday in Times Square from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to sign purchased calendars.

Each month features a fireman in front of a New York City attraction like the High Line, Rockefeller Center, Coney Island, the New York Botanical Garden and Flushing Meadows Corona Park.

The FDNY Foundation raised $150,000 from calendar sales in 2011 and all sales of the $15.95 calendar go to educating children and families about fire safety.

Calendars can be purchased at The FDNY Fire Zone at 34 W. 51st St., or online at www.fdnyfirezone.org or www.fdnyfoundation.org
