Times Square's street entertainer extraordinaire, The Naked Cowboy, handed out $1 bills to passerbys to celebrate National Oyster Day on Sunday.

The dollar bills were given to New York City pedestrians to encourage them to visit nearby oyster bars and cafes in Times Square.
