Ace Frehley ripped through solo hits and KISS classics at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square.

Ace has been great about playing New York every year, and Wednesday night's concert wasn't even part of a national tour. The axeman flew in for this one-off show, a testament to his love for his hometown fans.

The shout began with "Rip it Out" and old school KISS songs were high points of the night.

A great time was had by those who attended as Ace put on an awesome show.
