![]() Dangerbird Records is excited to announce that Silversun Pickups are coming to Terminal 5 in New York on October 14th. The new album debuted at #6 on the Billboard Top 200, with nearly 41,000 units sold the first week. This marks the highest chart position in the band's career. On release week, the lead single "Bloody Mary (Nerve Endings)" was #9 with a bullet on the Billboard Modern Rock chart and is top 10 on both the BDS and Mediabase charts. Neck of the Woods was produced by the Grammy Award-winning Jacknife Lee (U2, Weezer, REM, Snow Patrol). Rolling Stone gave Neck of the Woods three and a half out of five stars, while USA Today gave the album three out of four stars, calling it "sharp," and noting its "shades of electronica" and "muscular riffs." Paste heralded the band's third studio record as "the best mainstream rock album of the year." The Los Angeles Times likewise praised Neck of the Woods, awarding it three out of four stars, noting "its allusions all nod to the best stuff from a time when rock acts could be experimental, heavy and platinum-selling at once." People gave the album four out of four stars, remarking "Silversun's latest sparkles."
